We just recently started using FG, and we are pretty new to VTTs in general. While we were trying to decide which one to use, we thought we saw a video or mod in passing where there were animations added to token actions (i.e. a melee attack showed a sword swiping animation, or a spell cast showed an appropriate animation). I've been looking through the extensions on Forge, but haven't been able to find what I'm looking for. Does this type of mod exist on FG? Or am I mixing it up for something else I saw? An answer either way would be helpful, thanks!

There isn't, as far as I know, anything like that available as an extension.

There is something in the pipeline which hasn't been released yet, but was showcased in a video released by Smiteworks a month or so ago, which is what you might have been seeing.

Thanks, I appreciate the reply! If something like that does come out, I think it would be pretty cool to use. In the meantime, we'll keep exploring everything else on the Forge :)

Are you talking about the Generic Actions Layer extension, by any chance?

It's part of the Generic Actions extension by Silent Ruin:
