How to adjust default Proficiency?

My character's proficiency is 6 but I want to add an Ioun Stone of Mastery to make it a 7.

Any thoughts?

There's nothing built-in to support that; but you could mimic by placing an effect on the PC for "CHECK: 1; ATK: 1; SAVE: 1".
