Template errors

Hi there,
I noticed there is an alignment error for icons with the "header_content_framed_metalplate_with_icon_top" template. I assume it should replace "label_charframetop" but it isn't quite aligned.

Also, when using the filter control which uses a magnifying glass icon, there is a very small black dot to the left of the icon. You can see it in the 5E ruleset.

Those are not used throughout the 5E ruleset; and are commented out because they were not able to be gotten working at the time. We currently use "label_charframetop" in the 5E ruleset instead.

So we should continue to use "label_charframetop"? I'm asking because it is not part of the Dev WIKI UI recommendations and I want to stick to UI standards as much as possible.

Yeah, for now. Not working on any UI standardization stuff at the moment; so will need to handle migration later when we circle back, if we need to.
