Thinking bout gm'ing a new AP after the first of the year. Weekly on Friday nights at 7:00 pm PST. I can do Saturday if that works better for people. I'm thinking 4-6 players.
Free game. I have the ultimate license.
I'm flexible on the AP. I have most of the 1st edition ones in hardback and can convert/purchase as required. I've found that running sandbox type AP's are difficult on FG so no Kingmaker, Iron Fang, Hells Rebels, etc... it's too messy because it requires the group to keep track of activities outside of the game. I personally never saw the appeal of determining where the blacksmith should build his shop or trying to keep track of the activities of 30 townspeople while you chase hobgoblins around the woods. But, to each his own. Some people thrive on that sort of thing.
I'm thinking maybe Reign of Winter, Giantslayer, Curse of the Crimson Throne, Rise of the Runelords, Iron Gods, Return of the Runelords, or ???.
Once we choose an AP I might need a couple of weeks to get it ready to run depending on if I have to do a lot of map work or whatnot.
I do a very casual game so if someone can't make it there is always next week. I'm old and crotchety so there will be swearing and inappropriateness at times.
No oddball characters to start. Core rules, Advanced Class, Ultimate Magic, Ultimate Combat, and the Advanced Players Guide are all fair game.
Voice over Discord for communication.
At this time I'm just checking to see if there is interest out there for any of this and we will go from there.
