I'm using the new Fx Speech bubbles over tokens -- available in the DEV channel currently to produce this effect. I think this would be a cool way to manage some dialog scenes, evil monologues, bartering at the shop, quest giving, etc.

This would be my dream come true!
All my berserkers could have Scarlet Johansson accent and all my rogues could have Indian accent.
Not to forget wizards with BBC news reporter accent oozing poshness while casting spells.
