How to add effects to activities?

When I add the skill feat Bon Mot to my character, it comes without any effects. When I try to add them myself, the option of adding effects doesn't seem to exist on the activity page?

I see now when I press "Edit list" I have new options when I right click. It's a bit strange that the behaviour on the activity tab isn't consistent with the behaviour on the action tab.

On the same topic, how to I add a name to an activity once I have "Added new activity"?

I figured it out. You open up the "dragon" icon, unlock it and edit it there.
