Good day!
Going over the 2e ruleset, and for the Intelligence attribute, there is a # of languages entry. It also indicates that (optionally) they can be used for non-weapon proficiencies. I assume that on the "Skills" tab one would just add that # of languages number to the "NonWeapon" count (IE a wizard with 16 INT gets +5 langs and 4 non-weapon proficiencies at 1st level. To use the # of languages, you'd change the 4 in the Skills tab for non-weapons to 9?)
