Scroll bar gone from inventory after newest update

All of playing tonight (both D&D 5e and Call of Cthulu) do not have scroll bars on our inventory anymore, we have to expand our character sheet to see it all. This can be frustrating because some of our D&D characters have over 100 items.

The only way to see the rest of my inventory is to expand my sheet, which is fine with an inventory of 20 things, but not 100 things.

I'm not to sure about 5e, but I pushed an update to fix the inventory in Call of Cthulu. Please run an update to collect that fix. You could still use the mouse wheel to scroll without the scrollbar, just for the future reference.

Are the way skills are displayed intentional now too in CoC? There's seemingly no way to see compact skills now.

Yes, it cuts down on the control count and fits within the current design standardization. The list is alphabetical, but this helps with working with all themes and a tad smoother under the hood.
