Hi,
I've not actually run Dolmenwood on FGU yet so take this suggestion with a pinch of salt, but how about having an "Action" tick box on the Combat Tracker for each combatant?
With loosey-goosey side initiative rather than individual initiative, it can be helpful to keep track of who has and hasn't had their action in the round yet, both for the players and the GM running a group of NPCs. One of the nice features of group initiative is that it allows each side to co-ordinate do set up moves for other party members to finish as combos and an action tracker helps make the most of this and encourages the players to do it rather than end up with individual initiatives again by default.
Vaesen has a nice tickbox example for fast and slow actions, which is what made me think of it.
Just flagging it up as a potential feature to be added or for someone more able with LUA than I to maybe code up as an extension :)
