Does the free module still work?

Hi,

so before buying the paid module, I was wondering if I can use the free small version to test first:

However, when subscribing to that item it doesn't show up in the FG interface.

So I was wondering if it's some error on my side or the module is just no longer working.

Welcome to the FG forums!

The Free Forge item is the base ruleset - no data, other than a small quickstart module (see the video mentioned below). The Paid module is the rulebook data in Fantasy Grounds.

Did you update FG after subscribing to the Forge ruleset?

Yeah, multiple times.

When it reaches the step where it's supposed to download my content, it just says no content found.

And when I check AppData\Roaming\SmiteWorks\Fantasy Grounds\rulesets
I only see the default paks that come with FG.

Yet on the website, it says I am subscribed to the vsDM.

No purchases found
Checking for Forge subscriptions...
Getting Forge subscriptions...

No Forge subscriptions found
Checking for updates...

Yet on the website it shows "owned":

I just needed verification that the module in fact still works, so that I can eliminate that error case.

That sounds like your account in the FG Settings is different than your user account on the forums.

Yes, it still works. Check what @Moon Wizard mentioned.

The ruleset should show up in your rulesets folder as it is not vaulted. Let us know if you need any more help. Appreciate Trenloe and MW chiming in.
