I have added an extra "02.04" section in this bought module by duplicating and editing section 02.03:

65798

This works, and I can drag a link to 02.04 into the story for 02.03. But can I edit the "story" list so that the arrows at the bottom of the panel work?
I thought I used to be able to do this, by clicking "edit list" at the top of "Story" - but maybe it's locked down for a bought module?

No, when you add a story that story is only in the campaign; it has no effects on the module. You can insert new pages and text blocks into existing pages of a Book however, and that will retain the flow of the entries.

Is it possible to copy an entire module and then edit it as if it were my own?

Only if the module is not encrypted in the vault, and to edit you'd need to edit the base XML to truly make an edited copy. You could mess around with the campaign based module edits that are tracked within an XML file with the campaign moduledb directory and then copy the edit tracking file to another campaign; but this requires careful monitoring of the file and is prone to overwriting other changes you may make in different campaigns.

You could make copies of every story, npc, item, etc via drag and drop and then edit those. But I think you would have to re-do all the reference links etc.

But if you just edit the items needed in the campaign, you can then copy the campaign folder at the os level for each campaign you want those changes available in.

Got it. The answer is NO! ;)
All good, I'll use my hacky solution of duplicating story pages and dragging their links into the previous panels.
