5E Undead Fortitude

I'm using 5E 2024.

Sometimes when a PC "kills" a Zombie or other undead, the Undead Fortitude (https://roll20.net/compendium/dnd5e/Zombie#content) triggers, and sometimes it doesn't.

It's not because they rolled a crit or did radiant damage (though I think that works correctly).

But sometimes, when I think the UF should trigger (forcing the zombie to save), it doesn't.

I don't think it's related to any extensions I'm using (but I haven't ruled that our for sure yet).

Any idea what might be going on? Thanks!

Undead Fortitude doesn't trigger anything in the base ruleset. There is an extension which adds this functionality so I'd report that in the relevant thread for the extension https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?77886-5E-Undead-Fortitude

User error - I must have had that enabled before, but turned it off at some point.
