Purchased Forgotten Realms: Adventures in Faerûn not available to Load

I just purchased Forgotten Realms: Adventures in Faerûn, and I can confirm that it downloads (see attached log). However, when I'm attempting to Activate it, it doesn't show as available to Load.

I tried deleting the Vault file and allowing the Updater to re-download it, but it still doesn't show as available to activate. I also purchased Forgotten Realms: Heroes of Faerûn, and that loaded just fine. Anything else I can try?
