Free Map packs for existing license holders

I selected the modules for having an ultimate license and see the products in my order list but the two map packs (Map Pack 5 and Strongholds) are showing up in my modules list within FGU. The dice packs and one PF2 module do show. I did an update a couple of times but still no showing. Any thoughts as to why they are not showing?

They're not listed as modules that can be activated. The contents of the SmiteWorks map packs are available as assets for use within maps, or to create a new map. Search for the relevant name within the Assets window.

And the dice packs show up under the Dice Selector button on the side panel

I must have missed this? How does an ultimate license holder get free asset packs?

Would love some token packs!
