Map Pin Tooltips Hotspot Offset in Layer's Mode

When a map is unlocked, and in "Layers" mode, map pin tooltips do not work correctly when the mouse is over the pin. Instead you need to move the mouse to the left a square (50ish pixels) to get the tool tip to appear.

I had no idea they worked at all when editing mode, unless you are on the first "menu" tab.

This is correct, the map pins should only be accessible when in play mode. I was unable to reproduce the error, but I've added some code to prevent map pins from being active outside of play mode.

A hot fix was pushed today to disable the map pins when outside of Play mode. Please run a new Check for Updates.
