I just started running a new SWADE game and am running into things I can't figure out. All of my players have allies, who I believe are supposed to go on the same initiative round as their players. How do I make that happen on the combat tracker? All the extras have a Add to CT button that doesn't seem to do anything.
Also, I have the adventure deck but cannot figure out wow to deal them to my players. Is it because my characters are Novices, rank 0 that is causing the problem?

Add the Allies to the individual character sheets then on the Combat Tracker menu Add Allies.
You deal the deck from the Party Sheet.

On the CT, drop the ally onto the owning PC's initiative card.
For the adventure deck, make sure you load the extension. It will add a new tab to the character sheet and a "reset adventure cards" button to the party sheet.
If you're still stuck, one of us can walk you through it.

On the adventure deck thing. We need easy access to the discard pile. A visible discard pile or something as there is an adventure card which allows the player to look through the discard pile and play a card. If you dont constantly reshuffle the adventure cards, there could be a sizeable discard pile and no way to tell whats in it currently.

Ikael does the coding for the adventure deck.
I've passed this feature request along to him.
For now, you can scroll through the chat to see which cards were played, and drag and drop the card onto a character.

Ohh thats absolutely an option, unless of course like I said we dont reshuffle the adventure deck constantly so sometimes we have cards in there from 2 or 3 game sessions from before and they cant be seen without going intot he log and digging throught he entire log. Thank you for passing along the idea!

Normally, new adventure cards are dealt at the start of every session, like benny refresh.
If you don't do that, you could create a note and drop the link of the played card into the message.
The note can be shared with players so they see what cards have been played between hand refreshes.
I keep a note like that when players use cards like Folk Hero or Love Interest. I not what group or NPC it was played on.

I haven't played since I posted this and won't until Sunday but I have the Adventure deck extension loaded so all the characters have the tab loaded on their character sheets. Last Sunday I clicked the reset adventure cards button on the party sheet and no one got one. I also dragged the characters allies onto the initiative card and it also didn't work. I'll give it a try again this Sunday.

Players do not need to be connected for you to get it working. Use the Party Sheet to deal out Adventure Cards.

Do you also have the adventure card module loaded?
If it isn't loaded, the cards are added but are invisible because the images load from the module.
When you drag the allies to the CT, drag the link button rather than the icon.

If you still haven't got it working post a screenshot of the extensions loaded on the launcher page and the party sheet please.

In addition to what Jiminimonka requested, post your console log.
Verify the adventure card images are loading by opening the module and clicking a few cards on the list. Let us know if the images display in windows.
