Steam shoping

Hi i've got a few questions.
1st of all my fiance bought a dice pack on steam, and she doesn't have it when we can expect for her to get it?
The 2nd question is how does those freebies works, cause we've had a bought license for a while and i've got it (Bought some stuff to DM like dnd monster manuals etc.) and my players doesn't. So does it mean that my players which only bought program, won't get anything???

You need to sync your Steam and Smiteworks accounts before you can install stuff bought on Steam. Once synced just update FGVTT as normal and it will install your purchases. If you or any of your players have bought a license you are entitled to any of the free stuff. If your players only have the demo version of FGVTT then there isn't any free stuff (since the free stuff is a sort of compensation for having bought a license that is now free). However you can gift any of the free items to any of your players if you wish, and any items which you get free that can be shared with your players can be shared with them as you normally would be able to if you had bought it.
