File names showing in online reader. Should they be hidden?

Have a look at some of Savage Worlds books using the online reader. In some case image file names are showing on screen. A good example of this as simple book that just a bunch of character sheets with artwork.

When displayed the cover picture file name will be shown. Every page that artwork will show the file name at the top. I have marked these in this picture

Just be aware this is same xml layout for pictures in most Savage Worlds books. Most images will be scaled at 80% and will not have a caption. I will test more of books I edited as they appear.

I was able to identity a small handful of titles with that issue. I have re-processed them all and the upload should have just finished.
