Refund for Forge Items?

Do you allow refunds for Forge items. I bought an extension that doesn't work at all and now I see it hasn't been updated in 321 days. Why do you allow items for sale that are not kept up to date?

All the links to the extension like the discord server etc no longer function. I'll probably never by anything off the forge again.

You can request a refund for any Forge item just like you can from the FG Store. 30 days is the policy, but special exceptions might be made in extreme cases. You'll need to contact SmiteWorks for any refund using the Contact Support link under the Help menu of the website.
