Forge Items

I'm not sure where to ask this but I purchased (?) the forge items NPC maker for 5e D&D and when I open the NPC tab it is not there. Do I need to enable forge items somewhere?

I assume this is an extension?

First make sure you updated FGVTT after you subscribed to the extension, and then in the campaign selection screen select the extension from the list on the bottom right before loading the campaign.

Thanks I did that and it is loaded but it doesn't work at all. Looks nothing like the video listed in the store page. Sucks spending money on things that don't work.

As stated in your other thread, all you have to do is request a refund via submitting a ticket with Technical Support.
