Just wanting to know if there is any recourse for an incomplete product? I purchased Ultramodern 5e Redux from the store, and there is a large amount of information on spells missing. The tables that are in the physical book for spellcasting costs are missing and they didn't even bother to put that info in the records for the spells themselves. Is there someone I can reach out to in order to get that added on, or do they have my money and get to run off with it?
It's extremely frustrating because it would be like standard 5e leaving out components, casting time, etc because that's exactly what is missing.

Everything in a printed product will be in the FG product or it will be fixed. Ultra Modern is pretty old and was probably created before some of the new features in FG were available so you will probably find them in places different than you might expect. Have you checked the library lists on the right side menus?
You can reach out directly to support at anytime. Either for a better explanation or if you wish for a refund. They have a 30 day refund policy for all FG Store items. If you purchased through Steam, you will have to deal with much less friendly return policy.

Appreciate the response, I have looked through the entirety of the module, including the menus on the right hand side as well as the entire reference manual. I have unfortunately had the product for more than 30 days.

Can you detail out just what is missing? Or at least 3 or 4 different examples? As I said, every FG product I know matches the printed product and that is stated intent so if something is missing I would expect it to be fixed. But as I said, reaching out to support is certainly a good way to get an official response. As well, if it's not something they are able to fix they might still give you a refund.

Thank you, I did reach out and create a ticket this morning after reading your response. It was specifically the details about the module-specific mage class known as the Magus' spells. Casting time, components, whether or not they required concentration. These are all listed in the physical book in the Spellcasting section but they are not present in the FGU version. The spell entries only state what the spell does and how to make it stronger, rather than any of the details on how to cast it initially.
Hoping to hear back after having made the ticket, but I appreciate your responsiveness and guidance.
