This is what I used to create characters for my game. Unfortunately, we've played two sessions since then (Death Station) and haven't been able to get the players together since... hopefully one day...

It's great, though it doesn't support all the other races / career options that were added after the main book, if I recall. Though that may have changed since I used it like a year ago.
