New(ish) Website Navigation Tab

I noticed this in the last week. Both in Edge and Chrome with no extension enabled.
The navigation tabs at the top of the site are not working well.
Go directly to the forums bookmark Fantasy Grounds Message Boards (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/forum.php)
(I don't see this from the homepage Fantasy Grounds (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/))

There appears to be a subset of tabs based upon the currently selected tab, but they do not render. And the pop-down menus under the top level also do not render until hovered over.

This is due to changing servers and from one version of vBulletin to another; which will be coming into effect in a couple of weeks. (According to posts made by the devs on Discord).
