REQUEST - Move the up and down arrows in module creation to the other side

Greetings,

I could not find a 'request' thread.

I know there is a lot of other high priority items on the 'to-do list', but can the up/down arrows to move sections of a home made module be moved AWAY from the delete/trash can button? (First World Problems).
