The paragraph is found on page 96 of pdf.

Thanks. I will take a look. EDIT: Fixed for the next release. This was part of the re-print, which Pinnacle have not provided a change log for, so thanks for pointing it out.

You might have noticed some @@ in pink for the page references in the new reprints.. I will have a search through the PDF for those and see if there are any new paragraphs around those markers.
