hello i am a DM, i am currently looking for players who'd want to join my homebrew campaign. we currently have 3 players and are looking for 1 or 2 more members to join before we start. our time zone is U.S eastern time 8pm on Sundays.(weekly duration but is open to change) Newbies and experienced players welcome and the sessions will be online, The campaign is a balance between roleplay and combat, with a shifting tone depending on the type of adventure the players will want in the moment. there is a level of political intrigue and morality choice however. For things like classes, backgrounds, and combat are changed to fit the homebrew setting. With Combat taking inspiration from daggerhearts dodge system and cover similar to xcom or 40k rogue trader. in short the system is dnd 5e with added in elements of daggerheart.
For expectation all i can say really is while i do not mind anti hero or roguish type of characters or even flawed people, but it is a "good guy" campaign in the sense your operating as a peacekeeping task force to prevent the galaxy from becoming chaotic and unhinged. this doesnt mean you cant be "evil" alignment per say but i prefer not to have unnecessary or unhinged railroading and i do like character development for my players. On the Subject of railroading i do have a set storyline but its very flexible so having a sub adventure is not a problem i will however want to explore the story i sent out to be explored. As for player expectations i am open to talk about whatever it is youd want character wise and story.
For table rules it would just be to remain respectful and cordial to your fellow players.
