It appears to be set up correctly in our shop. Try unlinking and resyncing your Paizo account with your FG account so everything refreshes. If that doesn't solve the issue when purchasing the module, send in a ticket (Attention: Derek) and I'll refund the difference back to your account while we figure out what might be the issue.

I'll try that, but it appears all my other purchases are discounted correctly.

I see an incorrect discount, but not $1 (I get $14.70). I've made SmiteWork aware and they're looking into it. Thanks for making us aware of the issue.
