IF and IFT functions not working

I'm trying to automate Swashbuckler's "Stylish Combatant" and "Vivacious Speed" speed modifiers with Character Effects panel. I have "Fleet" effect with "SPEED: 5" string and it works, but when I try to make a condition with "IF" modifier and as condition I write "Panache" it doesn't work despite the character has this condition from Activities panel.

I've just done a test (see below) and it works fine for me. Try it without any extensions loaded.

TYVM, your advice helped, it was an extension called "Turbo". I'll report it in their thread.
