Is there a way to automate raise effects on powers.

For instance Smite gives the recipient +2 to damage rolls, +4 if the activation roll was a raise.

Stun has the target make a Vigor roll to resists, and its at -2 if the activation roll was a raise.

Numerous powers have added effects like this. Just learned I can set up a powers attack to apply effects, curious if the program can take raises into account and I'm just not finding it.

Thanks.

The more advanced effects are already included in the powers in the SWADE ruleset. You'll see them when added to a character, by clicking on the cog button on the right of the power.
For stun, you'll see Vigor; Raise -2 next to roll. This means Vigor to resist, at -2 on a raise.
Smite has [Damage +2/+4] in the effects field. This means +2, or +4 on a raise.
Make sure to target characters before rolling to trigger the power for those effects to kick in.
The effects are explained here

Fascinating. Thanks. Useful links.

I've been having my players use the powers from the Fantasy Companion as I thought they'd be more complete. But they aren't. Smite does not have the [Damage +2/+4]. Fear does not resist with a fear check. Various others. Anywhere I should report this?

In the Fantasy Companion Bug Report thread.

EDIT: Hmm, can't find that, will ping Doswelk.

You can also add it to the character sheet manually. If you can't figure out how to write an effect, ask here or in discord and someone will help.

Thanks. I'm learning. Some of the core rules vs fantasy companion solutions are to open both and copy and paste. Other's I'm figuring out on the fly.

I have just finished updating the Fantasy Companion today, the powers have been updated to be inline with SWADE Core Rules effects.

Added all the potions (for some reason there were none)

Added all the scrolls (for some reason there were none)

Fixed all the broken links.

Uploaded to Smiteworks so hopefully will be part of Tuesday upadate

Thank you!
It's nice to have that automation.

Can I apply a check to a raise roll?

[Raise: Check Spirit: Stunned] This does not work but should give you an idea of what I am trying to do.

also can I cast a power on hit. say apply the bolt or havoc power on hit?

What are you trying to do? Check the Stun gun for Stun effects. No you cannot cast a power on hit, this is an RPG not a computer game.
