Maps not loading

My friend can host a game and send images and maps, but when he is sent them(as a player) it freezes on the loading screen. He can see tokens and drawaings without problems. He is using a fairly new laptop with a strong cable internet connection. Whats going on here? No one else has this problem, and we all have FG2 full version. We've tried it with only one player, and waited a long time so I know it's not just being slow. Somehow, he simply can't recieve maps from anyone. I would really appreciate any advice on this. thank you.

Check your QoS Scheduling setting on the networking options. I have found that this impacts things MAJORLY if it is checked.
