Hi,
I'm reporting a strange issue in my current CoC campaign: my FPS are stuck at 20, regardless of the Vsync value I use with /vsync.
I've tested this with and without any extensions.
The problem is that all my other campaigns behave normally: I get 60 FPS at vsync 0, 60 at vsync 1 (my monitors are 60 Hz), and 30 FPS at vsync 2...
Any advice on what could be causing this?

Many graphics card drivers provide a mechanism to lock the FPS on specific applications via their control panel settings.
Maybe this got set accidentally while setting up something else?
Or maybe their is some feature that is automatically setting the FPS for applications, like a game manager?
Just guessing out loud...

Do you have an image maximized to a desktop panel? Having a number of FX layers on an image could impact your framerate.

Thanks for your suggestions.
- There is no game manager and no specific settings for FGU in my Nvidia card manager.
- The card settings are set to "let the 3D application decide."
- No images are maximized, and only one fairly complex image with an FX layer is present, though it’s not in use at the moment.
-I use an animated image from your animated chase images (really appreciated by my players, please make more, ideally with better definition),
could it be the culprit ?65541
My campaign will be over in one or two sessions, so it’s not a big deal. But the fact that this problem appears only in this campaign is strange.
I’ll keep you informed if it appears in another campaign.

Animated WEBMs can be CPU intensive, but I would be surprised if a single WEBM open would be the cause. You could close the images and see if that affects the framerate.

Never mind, the problem was simply too much images opened at the same time. Each one not very big but about 2 Mo each. Sorry and thanks.
