I just saw this one:
Single Player Mode is a rulebook for Cyberpunk RED published by R. Talsorian Games. It was announced on July 31, 2025[1], and released on September 16, 2025.
https://www.drivethrurpg.com/en/product/535790/single-player-mode
They actually did it! I hope this one joins the catalogue of FGU.

For those that don't know, don't be fooled by the name, this is an absolute GEM of a Game Master resource as well.

I'm curious what parts are the most helpful for GMs. Random encounter stuff? Story structure?

Seems like its way more than that. But I don't have the book yet, so I don't know for sure. These are from its own page:
Closed and Open Question Oracles fine-tuned to playing Cyberpunk RED.
Guidelines for running solo play investigations, social challenges, and combat.
Quick and Dirty rules for fast fighting and Netrunning.
Rules for solo play clocks, adding random timers for more unpredictability.
Mission builders to create a gig from scratch. Roll it all random or just use them to inspire.
Over 100 lists, tables, and random encounter charts to help you populate your Cyberpunk RED game with people, places, things, organizations, and plots.
Forms to keep track of it all, from NPC stat blocks to scene and gig trackers.
Expert solo player Peter Norton of HollowPonds Solo Sagas has teamed up with R. Talsorian Games to create the ultimate solo play guide for Cyberpunk RED.

Well, there's direct tools like the Morale system, the Random Clocks system, Quick and Dirty Combat system, Quick and Dirty Netrunning system, simple Investigation and Social Challenge systems, and a bunch of super useful forms for those playing in-person at a table.
On top of all that, the random encounter tables are far better that what's in the core rulebook, the random mission generator is really good, and then there's just all sorts of other tables for generating random NPCs, plot twists, atmosphere, etc.

I accidentally stumbled upon a free DLC pdf in DriveThruRPG and it contains few demo pages from the book:

Actually, those are additional pages, cut content from the full release. So that's the stuff that was considered "extra" to what's already in the book.

Ah, thanks for clarifying. Based on the tables there, it looks like some must-have CP stuff like Atmosphere tables, and other necessary ones.
If all the tables are like these ones, providing the soloing systems are easy to use, this book can speed up GM for unprepared sessions quite easily.

I will confirm, I fully plan to integrate it. At the moment I'm working on another thing I promised in the ruleset (then I'll release cutiemas), then I'll be working on integrating the solo rules and sheets (that second part is what will take most of the time). It will probably take a few months, but it will be added.

If you've purchased it, and have the cyberpunk red core ruleset. Go to the library and click on modules in the window that opens. You should see all your CPR purchases there (and a few other general modules).
If you haven't already, check out the stickied form post about the free dlcs. All free dlcs have been tracked there.

This might allow you to open the book for it in any ruleset (I suggest core, and disabling it when you don't need it). I haven't used it so can't really speak to everything it does.
https://forge.fantasygrounds.com/shop/items/266/view
Note: there's custom data structures associated with this module that require the core cpr ruleset. At best whatever ruleset you open this in will blissfully ignore them, at worst it'll throw errors. Not terrible either way, but something to keep in mind. All the tables should be usable regardless of ruleset.

Also,
Elflines Online: https://forge.fantasygrounds.com/shop/items/1021/view (Unlocks an ELO mode for the Character Wizard, and contains Elflines Online, Elflines Online Expansion Pack 1, and Daeric Sylar's Guide.)
It has a Character Wizard!
Wait Elo? Elflines Online? Like in the Video Game. How? MMOTTRPG for real?
Week later ding edit: D'oh! tyov = Thousand years vampire. It is quite popular at solorpg reddit but I never had a chance to play it. It's in my list tho.

Yup, it's a system within a system. The rules are fundamentally the same as the main rules. It's cyberpunk shenanigans.
In play you will need both the PC sheet and the Elflines PC avatar sheet active (when the avatar is relevant to your story). For pvp dialogue stuff, you need the main sheet. For mechanics within Elflines, you need the avatar sheet.

If I understand it correctly, you play an in-world MMORPG within the TTRPG! Creative!
*EDIT: Your "Character" plays an "Avatar." Braindance! :D

One RL player can have multiple character sheets open. As gm, you can also take control of characters by right clicking the portrait in the character selection window (which is not really necessary if you're doing solo). It really only comes into play with gm PCs that you don't want your players to accidentally take control of.

Yeah, just with these definitions, it is full of creativity already. I can imagine how would it play in group play.
From the front page explanations, I'm sure you did a great job!
When I have the ruleset, and time, I'll write my scribbles here if you don't mind. But I am completely new to the entire sci-fi scene.

Hmm, I wonder how would it play with GM + Player Client and Alt-Tab. I mean the ELO stuff. I definitely want to try some Braindance for my 1st PC. xD
A Player Character's Avatar in ELO goes into Braindance to learn about the secret mission!

That's what these forms are for. We're also pretty active on the FG discord if you have more specific questions.
If you want something spacey sci-fi, check out starforged. It's an exploration focused system. It's also quite lite. Doesn't have a released FG conversion, but it has a free conversion on roll20. But it fits well into any space focused genre.
Cyberpunk is sci fi, but more of a sci fi with a more grounded focus.
Traveller RPG is another sci fi system, and there's some solo rules for its sibling system that should be pretty usable. (Be warned, its depth is mind boggling if you start digging)
Nightstride
January 20th, 2026, 20:32
You could do it all in one screen, the gm screen in your case, if you wanted, the character sheets are all self contained.
One window can have multiple character sheets open.
I would personally recommend sticking to the gm window if you can, it has fewer limitations than the client (like creating new NPCs, for example)

Yeah, otherwise I could overload but when Griogre plays with 2 clients it seems so easy. xD
Unfortunately, Discord is banned in my country.
I've heard starforged but never played or even read it. EDIT: I think I listened 1 podcast about it.
I lean more on Cyberpunk stuff for I played the video game once. A Tanky Missle + SMG build with almost infinite missiles when you stand in the explosion.
But they nerfed it on 2.0 so I uninstalled the game.
Oh, what is the name of Traveler's sibling system? Also, is the solo rules converted to FG?

Not as good as a dedicated solo setup within a system, but still good option (me myself and die on YouTube has used it, pen and paper, if you want a good example of how it works)

I was searching for it too, but I found myself listening to his Traveler video. The old [1983] version is hard sci-fi, he said. Like Asimov style.
But Moongoose edition somehow came with a completely new system. Seems interesting,
I watched the entire Savage Worlds and following 2 seasons. It was a delight! So much so that I based my entire Solo Guide on his play style.
Though Cyberpunk is the right time to start sci-fi for me. Action and Drama! xD

Psychic cyber kids are back.
From their wiki: "CyberGeneration, was published as a supplement for Cyberpunk 2020, but was later re-released in 1995 as its own full game as CyberGeneration Revolution 2.0"
Oh, that's why I don't know about it. Back then I didn't even know TTRPGs existed, let alone Cyberpunk. The only "sci-fi" series was Star Wars for me.
The Wiki also mentions non-canonization, but I have no idea why would they do that.
Checking the "The Youth Gangs of CyberGeneration", there is literally the entire '90s kids there, LOL.
If only I knew this back in the day.

They non-canonized it because you could play as children who developed psychic powers due to the internet and mutants. RTG thought it was too much like Shadowrun, using the psychic powers instead of magic and mutants instead of the fantasy races. That's a different universe and game; let it be its own thing.
I'm for "get this magic (psychic stuff) out of my 'Punk!"
It was because of the psychics.

If they just removed the mutant part instead of the entire class, that would solve the problem. Cause mutant/antropomoph races are the selling point of Shadowrun but the internet / hacking is an integral part of the Cyberpunk too. In the video game, you can hack enemies' implants for debiliating effects which enables "nerd builds" that are so much fun.
But I see why did they do this because Pyschic means read thoughts, and that would cause chaos in Group RPGs as players could abuse it.
"I read their thoughts and prevent their attacks."
For solo mode though, it is just another tool to create action and drama.

Cyberpunk: Red and TTRPGs are not video games. I hate it when people want "table-top: the video-game experience: based on table-top role playing" experience. That's the garbage that makes D&D poop now.
Video games have one set of rules that allow players to always "win" and be invincible, even with dumb decisions. TTRPGs enforce role-playing - as in, you do not get hammer space and all the junk in a video game.
Anyone who wants to compare a TTRPG to video games that spent years trying to mimic TTRPGs should just play video games.
One of the most important, if not the most important, concepts in Cyberpunk is the low-life. This is represented by the lifestyle and rent cost per month. You have to work and put your life on the line just to eat kibble. This was in the video game, but video game players cannot role-play and therefore it was removed. Do your clothes matter in a video game? Cause if you come in packing 18 guns and look like a punk in a restaurant, you should get kicked out.
Video games kill this hobby.

Video games kill this hobby.
With all you've said I agree, especially for DnD. But in this case, the CP2077 video game sparked the impossible in me and got me into sci-fi world.
Before that, I kinda disliked sci-fi because of its premises. After I played CP2077 I see it with different eyes now.
For example, I was wrong that sci-fi games/shows should not incite all the depressive feelings in the audience. But I learned that it is also part of life, and it CAN be entertainment when done right.
CDPR proved me wrong by showing me the low-life aspect of the setting in such a way, especially in the multiple endings that I understood this is actually what I want:
Impactful, emotional stories.
Other than that, for long time players, I understand where you come from. I feel the same for DnD 5E. I miss 3.5 ed so much, and the direction they got to appeal video gamers made the game worse IMO. But it also made the setting gain many new people.
I hate to admit but If they dont do this, any setting bleeds out cause we get old.
Other than these, I played it so badly that despite all the super merc traits I reloaded far too many times.:D So, you're wrong on being invincible with dumb decisions.
But this is like coming from Neverwinter Nights into DnD 3.5 and Im all for it.
Now Im for the actual Cyberpunk which thanks to you, I can learn what it actually is, as you see, Im aware that video games are not TTRPGs...
Speaking of which, what do you think about my Role, Gigs, and Subgenres & Cinematic articles? I wrote these without knowing anything and I hope it fits the setting.
