For what ruleset? When you post in a general space it doesn't help track down how to replicate the issue to help us find the culprit. Also please provide steps and if possible images to help us.

From the sleuthing, it looks like it might be related to Rolemaster; however, the base Rolemaster ruleset does not access "result_tableid" directly.
Are you running any extensions?

It is rolemaster. no extensions other than the "RM Fantasy RolePlaying Version" worked fine until the last update.

So it's a problem with the extension. The extension author is the one responsible for fixing it. In the top left portion of the Forge page for the extension is a link to the "Forum thread" for reporting issues with the extension.
I believe this extension stopped being supported about 15 months ago.
There are a couple of updates to the extension in the support thread from other users. But I do not know if they resolve this issue. I doubt it though since the last update was from Arpil28, 2025.
