Some offer a copy of the pdf with FG purchase. Does Grimm Press and smaller publishers give a free pdf with a vtt purchase?

The only publisher I know that does that is Paizo. Grimm Press has a Discord and you can probably get the quickest answer there.

For Savage Worlds and Pinnacle Entertainment Group products, they will give you a PDF, with proof of purchase.
