The Players don't see a problem, but on my "as the game master" pc. I am not seeing the images for the player's characters, either on the above list of characters or on the maps. It displays only blank boxes. This just started happening. I recently tried to go to a backup DB file, thinking some data was lost after the previous session. So, I don't know if it's something I did there, an update, a setting change, or maybe an issue on my computer. I have shut down and reloaded with the same effect. This seems to be the only issue, and it is not a big one, but it would be nice to see who is who on the map again.

The files for the PC portraits are stored in the "portraits" subfolder of the campaign directory.

Maybe open the console using /console; and hit the Compile Logs button to share here. We might be able to see if any errors are occurring in the loading.

Have you tried in a new campaign? I'm trying to think where these might be stored on teh GM computer and not sure.

There is a "portraits" folder in your campaign folder. They are files without extensions so I assume FG is managing them. You could try renaming that folder when you are out of FG and then start up your campaign and have your players connect again and see if that resolves it. If not, you can replace that folder with the original one.

Thanks, appreciate the help.

I uploaded the log file: I do see a few failed load lines (which closely match the number of characters) in the Player file. But it doesn't say enough for me to know what failed.
Wonder if I should try to reload the images individually.

Have not tried a new campaign. But, may see what that does. The players are not having the problem, so I assume it is something on my pc only. I sent the console logs in another reply, and they got me thinking that a simple reload of the images might fix the issue.

Yea, I would rename the portraits folder while FG is closed, and then launch and have them connect and see if it resolves. The other idea would be to check file permissions on the files and folder.

I'm not seeing anything in the logs; so I would go with @LordEntrails suggestion first.

If that doesn't work, you can try zipping up and posting the campaign folder here for us to try out locally to see if we see same issue.
