I am trying to make a separate grouping of items / NPC's / entries for a Harn campaign I am recreating. I previously had done a ton of work some years back, but lost the data. Short of doing manual entires of every creature [NPC] and item, is there a quicker way?
Thanks in advance!

There's an NPC importer for the 5e ruleset (not certain that it exists in other rulesets but I think it does). See video thirty seven here. https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?55797-Videos-on-how-to-use-Fantasy-Grounds-VTT
For items there's no importer but items are straightforward enough to copy/paste the information.

Depends what your source is. But generally, no. Something can be imported via right mouse and some other tools, but they have to be in the correct format, and from my experience they rarely are. You either spend time getting them into the right format, or just inputting them to FG.
So you don't lose your work and you can update and re-use it, create a development campaign for each source/book. Then you can export that to a module and open that module in each campaign.
Note that if I understand the Harn IP correctly, then you will have to follow the rules listed in this FAQ for distribution; FAQ | Kelestia.com (https://www.kelestia.com/faq#n86) Which I understand to be that you can't reproduce any official products and distribute them without their permission. But it does sound like such might be possible.

You'd still need permission to distribute, but the restrictions would depend on if it's Columbia Games content, or Kelestia's content as both are Hârn publishers and lay claim to the IP.

I started something like that many years ago as well but crashed out in early 2023. I have since restarted the project, heavily modified (using the new HârnMaster: Kèthîra version). If you know xml, have the layout formatting (and using a text editor) you can do it that way, but imho it's just as slow. I'd recommend doing like LordEntrails mentioned and just enter it directly in there.

To clarify: this is ONLY for my own use so that there is no problems - I'm not publishing / distributing.
IIRC, last time I basically took quite awhile deleting 80% + of NPC's and modifying the rest, after doing the dnd copy of a file. Example: taking the entry for 'Goblin' and dnd it , making 'Goblin(Copy)'. I would then edit the stats extensively [renaming to 'Gargu-arak', modifying weapons, etc.] and making copies into a new ?set? labelled 'Harn'. If I am understanding all your comments correctly, this is probably no more difficult than the above listed recommendations.

That's pretty much what I did. Create new Groups, copy over some existing Items, NPC's etc and then just edit and rename them as needed. You can use something like Notepad++ and create/edit the underlying content but FG in its current form, the easiest, imho is to create it directly in FG. It also reduces formatting errors that you spend time tracking down and correcting.
