Spell preparation not working

I have same issue since the 4.8.0 and still occuring in 4.8.2 (, DnD 5e settting.)
Some of my Players cannot edit their prepared spell other can edit them but still see all spells when in combat mode. nothing is filter for them. But for me everything is working.

The solution is probably for the players to clear their cache for this campaign.

Yes, the cleaning the cache on the player side worked.
