Cypher Ruleset Not Updating

Despite it being in the 9/2 release notes and the developer confirming that the changes had been committed to source control, the Cypher ruleset isn't updating.

I have confirmed I don't have an unpacked version and I even deleted the one that was there and re-downloaded. It's still only the update from 8/26.

It looks like the build did not get pushed correctly from Test channel to Live channel by the team. I've just pushed from Test to Live. Please run a new Check for Updates.
