The Task Chain module for use with Mongoose Traveller is finally complete!
This module is a handy toolkit for Referees and players running almost any Sci-Fi 2d6 RPG in Fantasy Grounds, but was mainly created with Traveller in mind. Inside, you’ll find hundreds of Task Chains—sets of skill checks linked together to handle complex actions like fixing a starship under fire, sneaking into a corporate facility, or negotiating a tense trade deal.
Each Task Chain is easy to follow, with two to four connected rolls that walk you through multi-step challenges. They’re sorted into clear categories, so you can quickly find what you need during a session. Whether it’s science, engineering, survival, social situations, or something a little more dangerous, there’s something here to cover it.
This module is an attempt to get GMs and Players thinking about team work and hence Chains of Tasks. It is by no means a definitive source
