Item error in PF2e (Remastered)

Today we discovered some kind of bug. The game doesnt detect a shield in inventory and its not possible to create a new one - or draw any items from the "Items" sidebar under the Campaign options. When checking the box "Shield raised?" it says "No valid unbroken shield equipped"

Those messages aren't related to any specific issue - just the new way FG loads all PCs at startup.

I see what the issue is - the shields in the Player Core are tagged as "Other" rather than "Shield" - see screenshot below. We'll get this fixed in a future release, but until then you can work around this by once added to a PC edit the record and set the item type as shield.

The shield that I got equipped is a shield, but it still says "no valid unrbroken shield equipped".
This is another error message that pops up everytime I (or my friends) click on a item. Same message for any item. If I draw a shield from "Items" to my inventory, its mostly blank. So the stats etc dissapear.

i can't recreate those errors. Please test in a campaign without any extensions loaded.

Ah, OK - thanks for clarifying. I assumed that @Papphammar86's post of "everytime I (or my friends) click on a item" referred to the GM and players. I can recreate the issue when I log in as a player. It looks like this has been caused by a recent CoreRPG ruleset update. I'll reach out to the FG devs, hopefully they can fix this ASAP.
