View Full Version : Monk level 2 class features...5e.

Hi

We are using 5e 2024... in Dragonlance... and my player has leveled up to 3rd level...

level 1 fighter and now two more levels in monk.

He leveled his character up to 3rd level in total... but the monk features for 2nd level has not been put on his character sheet...


I watched the first part of this video ( Build a 2024 5e Monk| 5e Rule Set | Fantasy Grounds ver. 4.5.10 )


And was wondering how best to drop in features that are missing...or what do you think is the best way forward.

I also was getting Unable to import. Unable to open Class record(s) not loaded.
when I try to click the level up button again.

Extensions?
If you are using no extensions, then I'm sure the folks who know better than I will want you to export the character and upload it here. And it's always good to compile logs and attach those as well.

No we are using no extentions in the game.

Unable to Import indicates that the original book used to create the character isn't loaded. Make sure that the same book that was used to create the character is open when leveling up.

I'm not seeing any issues creating a level 1 fighter/2 Monk using the PHB.

I can't see anything wrong with the character other than the missing features. (I'm not getting anything about missing books etc, and the links in the xml file point correctly at the PHB). So I'm not sure what the issue is. The only thing I can suggest is rebuilding it to see if that sorts out the issue.

I can't fully test as I don't have the 2024 PHB DLC.

I noticed that there's a blank class entry in the PC (highlighted in the screenshot below) - it may not be causing issues, but it's probably worth removing it.
