Certain players cannot see resource counters but DM and others can

Very bizzare issue on loading our game - Most players have no issues and I as the DM can see all the character sheets just fine but when two of our players load into their characters, the resource counters for their abilities do not appear and instead they receive this attached error. Reloading and re-updating the game did not appear to fix the issue. The resource counters are the ones highlighted in the other image.

99% of the time script errors are due to extensions. Please test with all extensions disabled. As well, please include the ruleset and Compile Logs and upload them to the thread. Thanks.

In this case, since it is limited set of players and others do not have issue, it’s probably a caching issue.

Please have the affected players do the following steps:
*Start FG
*Click on folder button in upper left of launch screen to open FG Data folder
* Go to cache subfolder
* Delete the cache folder with the same name as the campaign they are joining.
* Close and restart FG
* Reconnect to GM.
