Hello!
I have a couple players with attacks that take advantage of the Stored Damage function (which has been working great since they started using it until the last week or two). Previously, when they completed their attack sequence, the Stored Damage would release, all added up properly and applied to the enemy. Last night, we noticed in every single case, the Stored Damage failed to release when they were done. The players found they had to actually click the Store Damage button 3 or 4 times for the damage to finally release and get applied to the enemy.
We're playing PF2e Legacy. Happy to provide any more information that may help track this down. Thank you!

The Store Damage button has three states, with the tooltips showing:
1) "Store next damage roll"
2) "Waiting for damage roll" - the buttom will have changed color from the base to a light blue background.
3) "Damage roll stored, click to apply" - the button will change to a blood drop damage indicator.
Step #3 should only occur once it's stored damage, but it looks like the recent FG core update has changed how the button works.
EDIT: The recent core update was causing clicking the button when in the stored damage (#3 above) to not trigger the stored damage. The stored damage would work fine if there were two damage actions (automatically being applied when the second damage action was processed), but the issue was just with applying the first damage if the second attack missed. I'll get a fix for this in the next release.

@Vortiger - the ability to manually deploy stored damage should now be fixed. Thanks for letting us know about the issue.

The stored damage would work fine if there were two damage actions (automatically being applied when the second damage action was processed), but the issue was just with applying the first damage if the second attack missed. I'll get a fix for this in the next release.
so this happened for me... when i clicked the "damage roll stored, click" button after the first damage stored and the second missed attack (so no 2nd damage rolled), nothing happened. would someone confirm that it should work.

Works fine for me - see screenshot below. Did you have a target selected? Did chat indicate that the first damage action was stored and the store damage button change to a damage button? You can check this in the chatlog.html file in the campaign directory.

no. i think this was the problem. everyone was just drag/drop on target instead of having a target selected. i just tested with a target selected and it worked.
