Was it intended that the Text Left / Image Right and Image Left / Text Right blocks no longer work as they used to before the latest update? I have a lot of content that was formatted using these blocks.

I'm having the same issue. I updated 30 seconds ago and the problem persists.

Can you provide an example of a book page that has that issue, so I can look at locally?
Also, make sure that you do not have any rulesets unpacked for development.

Previously when you made an Image Left / Text Right box the image would fill as much of the line as the image took up and the text box would flex fill the rest, now they share equal space regardless of the image size.
The line is meant to look like a message with an official seal appended but now it just looks off.
Also I'm not sure what you meant by "rulesets unpacked for development", sorry

Rulesets can be unpacked or in this case unzipped to see how they work or or build your own or revised ruleset. If Fantasy Grounds finds an unpacked ruleset in the ruleset folder it will used it instead of the packed one (which if missing will be replaced by the updater). This means that an "unpacked" ruleset is never overridden, and thus never updated. It is a common mistake for someone to unpack a ruleset, and forget they did so. Gradually that ruleset will go out of date and usually "strange things" will happen the next time that ruleset receives a major update.

Thank you very much Griogre. This is not an issue for me as I haven't gotten into modding yet but I will check to make sure nothing is unpacked.

Previously the image frame-half was sized to the size of the image with the text frame taking up the remaining page width. This allowed you to use the image resize arrows to control layout and use images to serve as bullet points. Now the image half is always 50% of the page and as a result the image resize buttons don't seem to do anything.

So I know if I need to change various reference manuals, is this a deliberate permanent change or is it a bug that will it be fixed in future?

The image resize arrows is now fixed as far as I know (working for me anyway). Also as far as I know the image takes up one half of the page and the text the other half of the page.

I have the same question. If it's an intended permanent change I need to change my implementation.

Please don't change anything yet; I'm slowly working through some items on the back end related to this.
