Where does FG store the customized 🎲 🎲 settings?

So the other day I booted up FG to work on a module and all my cusyom dice prefferences were gone. I added many NPCs to my list and noticed that the damage dice settings saved on all my campaigns which was great. But all of a sudden they were gone. I luckily had a backup location and just loaded the whole backup and then copied my campaign data back and it worked fine again.

My question is where is the user settings file or whatever that that dice data is on and how do i keep a backup file of it? If i keep loading it up I dont want to lose it.

They're stored in GlobalRegistry.lua in the base Fantasy Grounds App directory.
