Treasure Vaults (Remastered) and Treasure Vaults (Original) are now linked

I ran a script for all purchases from our website that auto-grants the Remastered version if you own the non-remastered version, and vice-versa. This should allow you to qualify for product ownership when you look to complete any bundles.

The same will be done for Guns & Gears once that releases.

You should see the free copy in the same order where you bought the linked product.

If you had the original version, you should now have the remastered version added to your account for free. If you don't have the original version and you bought the new remastered version, you will get the original version added to your account for free. This entitlement will check and grant comp copies every morning at 7 am EDT.

For what it's worth, I still only see the 'legacy' version of G&G in my list of modules that can be activated; nor is the remastered version showing as 'owned' in the store.

Bought directly via Smiteworks. I don't think I've bought any FGU content on Steam at any point. I'll ping support.

yeah so far it's not update with the remaster copy for myself either, and I only buy from the site now

I've purchased everything thru steam and got my vault remastered with no issue. Still waiting on the guns and gears please. :)

My experience is the same as ChipDancer's, I've bought treasure vault (legacy) and guns & gears (legacy) through steam. Treasure vault (remastered) was added to my list of modules freely, but guns & gears (remastered) hasn't.

Can we please get an update on this as my group and I use steam for our purchases as it makes it easy for a player to purchase a book and gift it over for the group. We've been doing this for years and without a doubt we're into Fantasy Grounds for well over 2k and we LOVE this product and the freedom it provides us. So please, don't penalize your customers because we didn't purchase the product directly from your store as that's a slippery slope. What's next? Purchases from Steam are no longer eligible for linked purchases with Paizo? As it is right now the cost of purchase both a book and it's counterpart in Fantasy Grounds is anywhere from $70 to $120, not exactly cheap, but like I said, we absolutely love this product and fully support it. :)

It may be a virtual product, but somebody still has to make it. Someone has to go in and change everything that was changed from the Legacy version by hand. To that person I say thank you for giving us your time.

I completely agree and am thankful for the hard work the people of this company put in! :) But my statement and reasoning stands and as of this morning support took care of me. :)

Once again, thanks to the wonderful people here and the company that put out a product that allowed dozens of people that I game with online to have these great memories over these last several years! :)

No. We don't have a way to grant these automatically on Steam like we do on our site. Steam users need to contact support.fantasygrounds.com and request the updated versions for their account through that process.

To clarify, I followed what the staff said and reached out to support and by the next day I had a nice email informing me that my remastered version of Guns and Gears purchased from Steam was approved. It's just a process and these guys are great! :)

Did you purchase Guns & Gears on Steam or the FG Store? If Steam, as mentioned above, you'll need to reach out to Fantasy Grounds support and request the product to be added to your account.
