Why is there no player chat history?
I have a fully licensed copy of FG but I'm not a GM, just a player. But I often have different issues and once or twice a session my FG session will get dropped for a bit and when I get back in, it's a blank slate so I often don't know where the game was when I dropped out. And not having the ability to save of log of the session afterwords is a big problem, because I don't have a great memory and I need notes to remember things but I can't keep up with note-taking and trying to follow what's going on in game.
If the GM decides to share his chat log, it's a big burden because he has to go in and hand edit it remove anything I'm not suppose to see or know. And our sessions tend to run 5 to 7 hours so it's alot of editing.
I'm an old school online RPG gamer, I played back in the days of AIM and Prodigy and I still have chat logs from those games. I need that functionality and continuity.
