Hey guys, I have a couple of questions I was hoping someone could help with.

1) How do you make a table produce a link in the chat/story. I know it can be done because I own modules that do it, but despite my scouring the interwebs, I cannot figure it out.

e.g. rolling on a nested table produces a story or chat with a link to another table

2) How do I import a PDF into fantasy grounds that can be read without having to alt-tab out of FGU. I think I recall being able to do this back in the day, but I've forgotten and all searching has proven futile. I want to buy some DriveThruRpg content and be able to read it in FGU.

Thanks for your time!

1) For rollable Table records, just drag the link into the rollable table result field, and it should add a link.

2) There is no automatic import of PDFs; since PDFs are built uniquely by every single author. You can copy and paste content from PDFs into FG; which is how the DLC books are built for FG.

From the above example, look at the very last example https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FGCP/pages/996640986/Using+Tables+to+Create+Random+Results#Random-Treasure-Table

You can see that you just drag the item/story/etc link into the table results cell. Then when that result is rolled the link will show up in the chat (assuming chat is set as the table output). But also know that the players will need access to the linked item or they will not be able to open it. So you can just share the item when rolled or have it come from a source you have already shared.
