I'm on Live / Up to date.
When "Set GM Voice to Active CT" is enabled in Shadow Dark (Also 5E, SWPF, probably others), only enemies' voice are set in the GM box.
Even if I take ownership of PCs (which previously wasn't required) GM Voice doesn't change to PC names when the PC is selected in CT.
Is something changed or is it a bug?

Note: Tested with no extensions. Since this goes for multiple rulesets, I thought I should post it here.

That's the way that feature has worked in all rulesets, since it was created. In standard games, as a GM, you don't want the voice changing to PCs as turns change.

@Temperd7 There is a button at the top left of the PC character sheet that will allow you to speak as a PC when you're the GM. It's what I use when doing PC dialog during solo-games. You really only have to click it once because then the character is in the dropdown at the bottom of the chat window.

Ah, right. I guess I was misremembering how I used it when Chat Portraits first released.
Sorry guys, my brain is failing me nowadays. :(
Thanks for the clarification and kindness.
