Off guard button not working for sneak attack

Anyone else have this problem or have a fix?

Works fine for me with the default Sneak Attack character effect in the PC sheet Combat tab.

First step - test in a campaign with no extensions enabled.

If it still doesn't work in a campaign with no extensions enabled, we're going to need a bit more information. Exactly what isn't working? Please provide screenshots to help us diagnose the issue.

For me its works Perfect, you have to use the Button for every roll, First the Attack Roll und than the Damage Roll because the Modifier resets after every roll
